Anna Meitzen joined DNA Consulting as both the Chief Technologist and Consultant. She has worked in technical fields for her entire career and has recently begun supporting clients in a training capacity. Anna expertly pairs technology with a creative way of thinking in order to best serve her clients. Additionally, she supports many volunteer organizations, to give back to her community.

 

Experience

Early in her career, Anna worked in initiative and strategy development for McAfee Associates and Price Waterhouse. Since then, she has spent 30 years working in CIO Office roles that interface heavily with the business operations. In addition to implementing over 300 projects, Anna has expertise in Mobile App Solutions, eCommerce Platforms and Infrastructure Conversions.

 

Achievements

Anna is a sought-after technologist for her extensive knowledge of 3rd party applications. She can expertly translate complex technical requirements into common business language. Many companies, including Tenet Healthcare have requested her expertise over the years to design system training programs for Executive Leadership.

 

Anna has served many years on the Board of Directors for several non-profits, including National Charity League – a volunteer organization in which moms and daughters perform community charity work together. She has a continued dedication and passion for building leadership skills in young girls. Anna has also served in both the Junior League of Dallas and Collin County for many years.

As a leader interested in supporting the youth in our community and young professionals, Anna is a natural at coaching and championing others. Whether it is in a professional, volunteer, or personal situation, her goal is to educate and develop those around her so that they may in turn assist others.

 

Educational Background

Anna received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and holds multiple certifications, including PMP.

She and her husband, Dale, reside in Plano and have 4 children between them.
